Conductivity

NemoBLEND™ enables electrical conductivity by forming an efficient conductive network within the polymer matrix using carefully dispersed carbon nanotubes. Thanks to their high aspect ratio and nanoscale structure, the CNTs create interconnected pathways at very low concentrations, allowing electrons to move through the material without the need for high filler loadings. This results in reliable, uniform conductivity while preserving the mechanical properties, processability, and appearance of the plastic.

EMI Shielding

NemoBLEND™ provides effective electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding by creating a continuous conductive network within the plastic matrix. The well-dispersed carbon nanotubes absorb and reflect electromagnetic waves, reducing signal leakage and interference. This enables lightweight, corrosion-free EMI shielding directly in plastic components, eliminating the need for metal fillers or conductive coatings while maintaining design flexibility and processability.

Expert Dispersion

Performance starts with dispersion. Nemo has deep expertise in creating stable, uniform dispersions of nanocarbons in both solvents and polymer matrices, ensuring consistent performance and reliable processing. Our controlled dispersion techniques prevent agglomeration and enable the formation of efficient conductive networks at low loadings.
