NemoBLEND™ is dust-free and easy to handle, reducing cleaning requirements and production downtime. Its low filler content also supports recyclability and contributes to a lower environmental footprint.

NemoBLEND™ is ready-to-use and designed to be compatible with a wide range of engineering and commodity plastics, including PPS, PC, PS, PP, PE, PA6, PA12, and others.

They work across all major processes (e.g., extrusion, injection molding, 3D printing), enabling design freedom and improved processability. They offer precise control via dosing, are compatible with complex compounds (e.g., HFFR), and support recyclability.

The achieved performance is dependent on the concentration of the masterbatch, allowing conductivity and shielding levels to be tuned to the specific polymer and application.
