Nemo BLEND PE1002B - Conductive PE Masterbatch
A PE-based masterbatch with uniformly dispersed CNTs, supplied as pellets for conventional thermoplastic processing. By changing the dosage, PE products can be tailored from antistatic behavior to higher conductivity levels.

THE TECHNOLOGY
Nemo’s dispersion technology forms an efficient CNT (Carbon Nanotube) network inside polymers. This enables electrical functionality at relatively low nanomaterial loading, helping preserve mechanical and processing properties while giving formulators more freedom with additives, pigments and conductivity levels.
